Returns and Guarantee

We offer all website products on a sale or return basis within 14 days of receipt. If for any reason you are not completely happy with any of the products supplied, we will either replace them or provide a full refund providing they are returned to us in their original condition.

To ensure safe return of your goods please ensure they are wrapped and packed securely, ideally in the same box or package you received the goods in.Please make sure that you get a 'proof of posting' certificate from your Post Office. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post.

Delivery

We will always aim to despatch your purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order. These will be despatched via Royal Mail 1st class 'Signed for'.

At peak shopping times (Christmas for example) we will advertise our 'final shopping times' on the website. This is particularly important if your purchases are for a gift.

Purchases may be delivered to any UK mainland address, providing the card holder provides their registered home address. Please note that card holder details are checked securely by THAWTE. For deliveries further afield (Channel Islands, non-mainland UK, continental Europe, USA and Rest of the World) please telephone +44 (0)1279756907 or email:sales@littleshrimp.co.uk before making purchases online and we will provide you with a delivery charge quotation.
