Returns and Guarantee
We offer all website products on a sale or return basis within 14 days of receipt. If for any reason you are not completely happy with any of the products supplied, we will either replace them or provide a full refund providing they are returned to us in their original condition.

To ensure safe return of your goods please ensure they are wrapped and packed securely, ideally in the same box or package you received the goods in.Please make sure that you get a 'proof of posting' certificate from your Post Office. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post.

Delivery
We will always aim to despatch your purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order. These will be despatched via Royal Mail 1st class 'Signed for'.

At peak shopping times (Christmas for example) we will advertise our 'final shopping times' on the website. This is particularly important if your purchases are for a gift.

Purchases may be delivered to any UK mainland address, providing the card holder provides their registered home address. Please note that card holder details are checked securely by THAWTE. For deliveries further afield (Channel Islands, non-mainland UK, continental Europe, USA and Rest of the World) please telephone +44 (0)1279756907 or email:

Payment
Your debit or credit card will be charged at the time of despatch. Prior to despatch you may cancel your order at any time via telephone +44(0)1279 756907.

Prices quoted on this website are in Pounds Sterling and inclusive of prevailing rates of VAT. Discounted items (Sale or Promotions) will show the original selling price and the discounted price alongside


Product Portrayal
We have taken great care to present every product on our website as accurately as possible. All measurements quoted are approximate. Please note however that slight colour and finish variations do occur naturally with some of products through photography and printing and will depend on the individual settings and capabilities of your monitor.

In the event of an error made by Little Shrimp Ltd we reserve the right to withdraw an item from sale.

What if I bought my Little Shrimp product from a Little Shrimp Stockist?
Please take your purchase back to the shop and they will happily arrange your exchange or refund. Please note that their terms and conditions for returns may be different to ours.


Prices & tax charges
All prices are shown in sterling and include 17.5% VAT on carriage and gift boxes and 0% VAT on children’s clothing.If you are ordering from outside the UK or European Union, your order will be supplied VAT free and a copy of your ex VAT receipt will be dispatched with your goods.


Prices
Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

Although we endeavor to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.


Offer Codes
Please remember that if you have an offer code to redeem you will need to do it on the basket page before you place your order. Unfortunately once the order is placed we cannot amend it.
